You literally had to through all the ingredients in the pressure cooker or Instant Pot if you want and bingo it will be ready in a jiffy. Whenever I make khichdi with vegetables I make sure to chop them thinly so the picky eaters won’t be able to pick them out of the khichdi. This way they can have all the veggies without knowing.
But sometimes I wonder how they eat veggies in pasta and pizza but not in the everyday dishes, even my little one doesn’t eat a tiny bit of spiciness and she would happily eat a bowl of Maggi if provided. Well, I guess it is totally unpredictable what they would like to eat and how.
